Missing 'tools.jar'
Could not find 'tools.jar' in the active JRE.
Spring Boot Live hovers will not work without it.
The JRE you are running Eclipse with is:
D:\lib\jdk8u265-b01-jre
Where we looked for ''tools.jar':
D:\lib\tools.jar
D:\liv\jdk8u265-b01-jre\lib\tools.jar
